Refund policy

If you wish to return or exchange footwear, you have 30 days from receiving your order to return your item to our warehouse.

Blue Sky Athletics accepts returns on full-priced and discounted footwear, provided items meet the conditions below. Refund eligibility differs based on the item type and price paid.


CONDITIONS FOR RETURN — FOOTWEAR

To be eligible for a return, refund, exchange, or store credit, footwear must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Footwear must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Original shoebox must be undamaged, unmarked, and returned inside protective packaging

  • All tags, accessories and packaging must be included

  • Footwear must be free of:

    • Dirt, marks, scuffs or signs of wear

    • Odours, fragrances, deodorant or cleaning products

    • Pet hair

  • Returns will be rejected if shoes or packaging are damaged, marked, or show signs of wear

Please ensure your return is packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.


ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN (Unless Faulty)

  • Socks

  • Insoles

  • Any accessory that has been opened or used


SHIPPING COSTS

Blue Sky Athletics does not cover return shipping costs or provide prepaid return labels.

Full-Price Footwear

To qualify, the item must be:
– Full price at time of purchase
– Unworn
– In original packaging with an undamaged shoebox

Discounted / Sale Footwear

Not eligible for refunds
✔ Eligible for exchange
✔ Eligible for store credit


FAULTY ITEM

If you believe your footwear is faulty, please email us at accounts@blueskyathletics.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Description of the fault

  • Clear images showing the issue

If deemed faulty, we will offer:

✔ A refund
OR
✔ A replacement pair (if available)
OR
✔ Store credit

Items outside the 30-day window cannot be assessed under our Faulty Item Policy.


EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are processed once your return arrives at our warehouse

  • We cannot reserve or hold items

  • If the requested size/style is unavailable, we will issue store credit

  • Discount codes cannot be applied to exchange orders


STORE CREDIT

  • Issued once your return has been received and approved

  • Allow up to 2 weeks for processing

  • Store Credit is delivered via electronic Gift Card to the original order email

  • Valid for 12 months and non-refundable

  • Previously applied discount codes are excluded from the Store Credit value
